We love cloth nappies and wish to make sure our customers only get the best!
The Nappy Bucket uses Australia Post as primary delivery agent, but can ship any order via a third party courier service (eg Sendle) on request of the customers and additional fees may be required.
All purchases require a shipping/ mailing address so purchases can be delivered.
Purchases totalling to $1-$199.00, flat rate shipping is applicable. All purchases made over $199 are eligible for FREE shipping, this option MUST be chosen by customer on check out. All deliveries from The Nappy Bucket are trackable and you will be supplied with these details via email when your order is packed and shipped.
Orders delivered by Australia Post will usually deliver your order within no later than 10 days from dispatch, may vary based on location and if there are any public holidays in the period of dispatch.
The Nappy Bucket will usually process your order within 48hours after it is received. If we are unable to process your order, The Nappy Bucket will contact you to make alternate arrangements.
Postage charges a flat rate of $9.95 standard mail or $14.95 Express Post within Australia for our deliveries.
The Nappy Bucket accepts payment in various forms.
Perfect for protecting your information and making trackable transactions. You do not need to have a PayPal account to utilise this service. Simply use your credit card to securely complete your order.
This is a payment option on check out, on processing customers will be contacted by The Nappy Bucket within 24 hours by email to provide details, payment requires clearance prior to dispatch
Lay Buy Service
You might not wish to choose After Pay, but wish to secure products. A Lay Buy option is available on check out. Our lay buy terms are:
- Initial 20% deposit is required within 48 hours to secure and start Lay Buy
- Terms are 8 weeks, goods will be shipped on final payment on full payment received.
- regular payments are preferred, but payments can be made at your leisure – if no payments are received at the 4 week mark, we will drop you an email to check the lay buy is still required.
- If the lay buy is not required after contact at 4 weeks, the deposit is not refundable, and the laybuy is cancelled.
- If a change of mind or wish to cancel within the first 4 weeks, a full refund of any moneys paid will occur.
- If at the end of the 8 week term, goods not paid for in full, lay buy will be returned to stock and the customer charged a 20% restocking fee. Any payments made will be kept as a store credit.

The Nappy Bucket takes pride in showing you some of the best nappies on the market. We are proud to stock these items. When shipping items we do our best to check and choose the products that work best for your and your family.
WE individually hand pack each of our orders, we check our products on processing, but sometimes we can be human and mistakes sometimes do occur, this may be in way of a faulty product or incorrect print, we will do our best to rectify the situations as best we can.
If any of these things happen to customers we ask they contact us directly on receipt so we can correct the order to the customers satisfaction. We will work to ensure that the product is replaced or repaired as soon as possible.
Suspected warranties – all items are covered under a blanket 3-month warranty, The Nappy Bucket will assist customers with any warranty concerns based the product has been purchased within the months of the claim date and proof of purchase is supplied. Not all detected faults are automatically warranty repairs, these items need to be inspected and referred to The Nappy Bucket as soon as detected. All warranty items are subject to inspection and some considered for replacement. General wear and tear can be evident within 3 months of purchase if care instructions have not been followed, it may not be classed as a warrantable replacement, if deemed not, the customer will be notified, and a resolution will be sort.
The Nappy Bucket is not required by law to offer a refund or replacement for change of mind. If you have changed your mind about your purchase, please contact us and at our discretion, we may offer a store credit or exchange minus delivery costs. Any change of mind returns must be returned in original, unwashed, unused condition with original packaging. All change of mind returns will be inspected prior to store credit or exchange being granted.

The Nappy Bucket complies with Australian Consumer Law in relation to returns and guarantees.
In order to purchase a gift voucher, you must register to open an account with us through our website. Gift vouchers are ordered through our website and will be delivered electronically via email to an email address specified by you at the time of your order. Our gift vouchers must be redeemed on our website, as full or part payment of your product(s). You cannot use a gift voucher to purchase another gift voucher. When purchasing a gift voucher, please make sure to correctly enter the recipient’s email address. We are not responsible if you incorrectly enter the recipient’s email address and the recipient does not receive the gift voucher. Discounts, offers and promotions do not apply to your purchase of a gift voucher. All gift vouchers are dated and expire 12 months from the date of issue. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Where we allow a return/refund on a product(s) purchased using a gift voucher, the refund will be credited to your gift voucher. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers. Gift vouchers are not refundable or transferrable. Gift vouchers cannot be purchased via Zippay, Afterpay or any other ‘pay later’ credit option.
