These fantastic, simple prefolds, made by Little Britches, are made from
bamboo terry and super absorbent, hypo-allergenic Zorb (made from cellulose fibres from bamboo/cotton/viscose and poly microfibre). Zorb is equivalent to 2 layers of bamboo or 2 layers of microfibre.
They are an
almost triangluar shaped pad with varying thickness - the Standard prefolds come with two layers of
bamboo on the outside 'wings' plus an extra two layers of Zorb through
the wetzone (equivalent to 2-4-2 layers), whereas the Prefold Plus come with an extra layer of Zorb through the wetzone (so 2-6-2 layers).
Bamboo is a super-absorbant material, so you will get fantastic absorbancy from these prefolds.
Use with snappies or pins to close, or simply lie them into a well-fitting cover.
These prefolds measure 34cm x 30cm approx and
will fit from tiny to around 5kg. They can also be folded into thirds
and used inside a pocket nappy later on. |
