Caring for your woollen covers, longies, shorties and soakers needs a little extra effort and TLC but the pay off is the knowledge you have the best natural water repellent fabric resting against your baby's skin. Also, due to the natural antimicrobial properties of wool, you need only to wash them once a week unless they become soiled.
To care for your wool:
- Hand wash (unless otherwise directed) in warm water
- Use a lanolin product to reinstate the natural waterproofness of the wool.
