Younger Toddler
That mischevious age from the first few steps to the beginning of toilet training.
With a toddler on the move you want your nappies to be secure and allow freedom of movement. At this age most babies will be into the large sizing of sized nappies and the one size nappies will still be working well. Quick nappy changes are of an upmost importance and some families will be looking into "pull up" type pants.
Some families may start looking into toilet training and an absorbant pair of training pants is a great investment. Pocket training pants are fantastic at this age as you can increase or decrease the level of absorbancy as you need to.
Challenges
- Toddler may be interested in removing nappy when access is available so secure snaps are important.
- You need a narrow crotch to allow ease of walking.
- You may want to start looking into training pants or a pull up type nappy to ease the pain of wrestling at nappy change time.
Rewards
- Some parents report earlier toilet training readiness due to the use of cloth nappies.
- Ability to boost the training pants as needed.
- More economic benefits when considering the cost of disposable training pants.
